Don’t worry, you need not copy Borat’s swimsuit fashion for your next triathlon. Go with swim jammers. But regular goggles work fine, DeBoom says. “Go to a swimming or triathlon store and see if they have demo pairs. You can take them out on a swim to see which ones will fit your face in the water,” DeBoom says. Speedo’s Sengar ($10) and TYR’s Technoflex Vision ($15) are good bargains for what you get.
