As for the surf reef, I think it was a great idea to create a surf reef . but for it not working, it’s a massive shame but no ones fault. It’s getting boring reading the same inane drivel about the totally inept surf reef. The council need to accept it’s a project now dead in the water, literally they should just sort out a compensation package with ASR and dismantle the reef (if there is anything left intact to dismantle) and move on.
